At ELLE WALLS, every mural is printed to order specifically for you. Because of this, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on custom printed orders. We encourage all customers to order a sample set before committing to a full order — this is exactly what they are designed for.

Samples Sample sets are fully refundable as a credit toward your wallpaper purchase. Simply reach out at the time of your order and we will take care of it.

Damaged or Defective Orders In the rare event that your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We will reprint and reship your order at no charge.

Incorrect Orders If you receive an incorrect item we will make it right immediately — no questions asked.

Color Variations Please be aware that screen colors may vary slightly from printed colors. We strongly recommend ordering a sample set to verify colors in your space and lighting before placing a full order.
